ALL ABOUT ME

Hello! I am Ms. Christine, and I have taught Kindergarten/First since 2004. I was born and raised here in Albuquerque, in the beautiful Land of Enchantment. I love teaching little minds. I also love my family, reading, and traveling. I have one daughter and she is the light of my life!

I attended the University of New Mexico (GO LOBOS!) and College of Santa Fe. I received my Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology and my Masters in Education with a focus in Curriculum and Instruction. 

My teaching philosophy and goals in the classroom are to set the stage for strong, positive classroom management. I hope to instill responsibility of a well-rounded student. I want to establish a comfortable learning community and environment for successful learning through hands-on activities, cooperation, team building, participation in activities, and field trips. My students will be respectful, be safe, and be responsible. Most importantly, I want my students to have fun while learning!
